Every week you'll find great products direct from quality farms. Vegetables, fruit, meat, eggs, dairy products, honey and jam, you can find it all in an Assembly. Come and meet the producers and and enjoy a new way to eat well while supporting local agriculture.
Simply register as a member of the Haggerston Food Assembly. This is free and doesn't commit you to ordering the same produce each week.
Shop online. We've got: award winning veg from Brockman's at Perry Court Farm; fresh and cured meats from Marsh Produce and Cobble Lane Cured; freshly baked bread from E5 Bakery; Hodmedod British quinoa & pulses; coconut & nut spreads from Any Earth; raw vegan chocolate from London Maker and lots more.
Collect your local produce every Tuesday at TripSpace Projects, 339-340 Acton Mews, E2 8AS between 6:30 to 8:00pm.
It's fairer, better and (for a lot of people) closer than the local supermarket. Come and meet the producers and support local farms and craft.
We hope to see you soon.
Why join The Food Assembly?
Eat the most delicious and freshest food in your area. Locally sourced and more transparent, the average distance of food travelled is only 28 miles!
No commitment to buy and joining is free. Sharing recipes and cooking tips with your neighbours is just an extra bonus.
Our food producers are passionate about growing and making your food, that's why we pay them over 80% for their work, in comparison to 20-50% from supermarkets.
We are about real people and real food: when you pick up your order, you get to connect with your community and food in a healthier way.
