Welcome to The Islington Food Assembly!

The Food Assembly is a network of community based online markets with weekly collections, aimed at bringing together customers and their local food makers, with the ambition to reduce food miles and waste and give a fair price to the food producers.

You can order on the online market from Wednesday to Sunday each week, and collect your order on Tuesday, 5:00-6:30 from The Pig & Butcher (N1 0QD).

We have a wonderful selection of producers, most of whom come from within 10 miles of Islington. Among our wide variety of produce, we have jams, brownies and coffee produced just up the road in Islington, special French delicacies and delicious sourdough from nearby boroughs and a wide selection of seasonal vegetables and fruit, and high quality meat and dairy from farms just outside of London. Remember, there is no minimum order, no commitment to buy regularly and no admin fees so you just buy whatever and whenever you like!

You are welcome to come along any time to find out more, and to meet some of the producers and neighbours. We hope you meet you soon.
