Passionné par l'apiculture, j'ai créé Les Ruchers d'Aristée en 2012 à Dijon. En 2015, j'ai obtenu un BPREA en vue d'une reconversion professionnelle.
Installé récemment à Lantenay, dans la vallée de l'Ouche, je vous propose 3 miels typiques issus exclusivement de mon environnement :
- fleurs de printemps (pissenlit, aubépine, trèfle, fruitiers...)
- fleurs d'acacia
