Their farm
Nous (Sandra et Rémi Mabilleau) sommes jeunes installés depuis début 2015.
Nous avons repris une exploitation hors cadre familliale de 370 chèvres alpines (marrons) et saanen (blanches) qui vendait tout son lait à la laiterie de Pont de Ruant (la Cloche d'or). La surface de l'exploitation est de 90 ha.
Un an après notre installation nous avons créé un atelier de transformation fromagère. Nous faisons jusqu'à ce jour uniquement du fromage lactique (au lait cru). Nous avons projet par la suite de faire des yaourts et glaces au lait de chèvre.
Deux ans après notre installation nous avons commencer à vendre nos chèvres de réforme en direct à la découpe et également en pâté et rillettes.
