Passionnée de chocolat depuis toujours, ma passion pour le métier de chocolatier m'est tombée dessus suite à la rencontre avec Dominique Delvaux, artisane chocolatier qui a été ma formatrice. A son décès, je me suis dit que ce qu'elle m'avait transmis ne pouvait pas partir avec elle donc j'ai acquis une partie de son matériel et l'aventure de La Chocolaterie du Haut Clocher a commencé !
