Ma carrière a commencé il y a 25 ans par l'ouverture d'un restaurant en Brabant Wallon.

J'ai ensuite passé 20 ans dans le Marketing... Pour revenir à mes premiers amours, diplôme de Cheffe en poche et plus d'un an passé au sein d'un atelier traiteur Eurasien pour peaufiner ma formation.

Ma cuisine se veut créative, multiculturelle et basée sur les produits de saison (ayant moi-même été gestionnaire de 2 Ruches pendant 4 ans).
