"Cascina Aliata" è una piccola azienda agricola biologica. Alleviamo capre Saanen e Camosciata delle Alpi allo stato semi-brado, il latte è trasformato presso il caseificio aziendale, ottenendo robiole a latte crudo. L'azienda possiede due ettari di vigneto di Dolcetto, il vino è prodotto ed imbottigliato presso la nostra cantina.
Alleviamo anche suini, da cui si ottengono salumi.
