Bauernhof mit Lippegänsen!
Quasi in letzter Minute wurde die Rasse der Lippegans auf Initiative des LWL-Freilichtmuseums Detmold und des Stammbuch Lippegans e.V. vor dem Aussterben gerettet.
Mit viel Engagement schufen einige wenige Züchter in den letzten Jahrzehnten eine Basis für die Erhaltungszucht .
Die Aufnahme der Lippegans in die ´Arche des Geschmacks´ von Slow Food lenkt das Augenmerk auf deren Verfügbarkarkeit als Lebensmittel und Kulturgut.

Die Gänse werden auf Vourges Hof traditionell ganzjährig auf der Weide gehalten und gemästet.
