Culturôtoits c'est Stéphanie et Alexandre, maraîchers urbains à Montpellier.
Nous cultivons des fruits, des légumes, des aromatiques et plantes comestibles étonnantes en mêlant culture hydroponique et agriculture raisonnée. (sans aucun pesticides et en utilisant la Protection Biologique Intégrée).
Notre démarche met l'accent sur la production locale, durable et créative, avec l'envie de reconnecter chacun au vivant et au plaisir de goûter des plantes autrement.
Nous organisons également des visites, ateliers et mise à disposition de la serre dans un cadre végétal innovant. (tout public).

I am an employer supporting social reintegration, training activities, activities in shared workshops, open to the public

I practice hydroponic cultivation (the method of growing plants without soil), I practice aquaponics (cultivating plants in water), I grow in the open ground
I grow on rooftops, I use containers to grow, I grow on urban wasteland
I use of soil or compost, I use of mineral materials (pozzolan, rock wool...), I use of organic materials (coconut fibre...), I use recycled materials (woodchip, coffee grounds...)
My ingredients come from a national supplier
I practice integrated biological protection, I use a nutrient solution, I use of fertilisers and organic plant protection materials, I use organic fertilisers (manure), I use conventional fertilisers, I follow permaculture guidelines
