Background: We are Ghayth and Fyrial, the founder of GS Event-Service GmbH, a new company for the food trade, catering service, street food and snacks production. The company was established in 2020 as an umbrella with the following:
1- Bab al-Jinan is part of this umbrella.
Offering Syrian street food and catering service from Aleppo in Berlin since 2017. We offer traditional, homemade dishes for conferences, seminars and workshops at social and Business events in Berlin. We have experience in organizing many catering services in Berlin.
Besides catering and in our food truck we serve street food service at many events for food festivals, music festivals, sports festivals, trade fairs and cultural events.

YALLA is a Kitchen to produce the middle eastern snack. We offer a traditional delicatessen and antipasti from middle east like: Hummus with different flavors, Grilled Aubergine-Mutabal, Muhammara-Red peppers paste, Bulgur (wheat), Stuffed Grape Leaves or … and much more Vegetarian and vegan snacks.
